Try the demo program on your computer before you purchase Field Artist.

Field Artist runs only on Windows XP or Windows Vista operating systems ( If you have an older operating system, see the link at the bottom for the older version ).  You will need either Service Pack 2 (SP2) or the Microsoft .net runtime installed on your computer.  If you have a newer computer, then you probably already have them.  If you do not have either Service Pack 2 or the .net runtime, or if you are not sure, you can obtain them free of charge from Microsoft using this link: Microsoft Updates    It is a really good idea to visit Microsoft updates often, to make sure your computer has the latest patches to protect you from viruses.  For more information or to install the Microsoft .NET version 1.1, click this link for the Field Artist Requirements page.

Click the above link to download a free demonstration copy of Field Artist for evaluation, then follow these steps:

1) When the File Download message appears, choose the button that says "Open".
2) Follow the instructions on the screen to run the setup wizard.
3) To run Field Artist, click on the Windows "Start" button and choose "Field Artist" from the "All Programs" menu.
